The point: Isaiah Armstrong agreed to a contract with me, and then proceeded to adhere to basically none of it.
The contract was signed by Isaiah Armstrong and I on May 23, 2021. I paid Isaiah Armstrong the requested $1,250 by check on that date as part of the agreed half down, half on delivery. He deposited this check on May 24, 2021.
The contract specified the that Isaiah Armstrong, as representative of Isaiah Armstrong Painting & Construction and acting as a contractor for any subcontractors thereof, agreed to perform the following services for me:
- Concrete patio to customer specifications.
- Install concrete 15x15 to existing slab
- Install concrete 3x9 to garage area
- Install pvc, downspout gutter drain in slab
- Build concrete patio 4 inch slab
- Build concrete forms
- Demo existing grounds for preparation
- Cleanup daily debris

Isaiah Armstrong’s “services” were performed on June 16, 2021. During and after Isaiah Armstrong’s “work” on my property, multiple deficiencies were found in Isaiah Armstrong’s work and conduct and the work and conduct of the subcontractors and work crew that Isaiah Armstrong brought with him to perform the work.
